That’s why we take training seriously. every cleaner on our team goes through hands-on training to make sure they know exactly how to care for different office spaces, equipment, and surfaces.

Our supervisors regularly check in on jobs to make sure everything meets our high standards and nothing gets missed or damaged. It’s how we keep our commercial cleaning services in London consistent, reliable, and trusted by the businesses we work with.

Colour Coding

We use a strict colour coded cleaning system to prevent cross contamination between areas.

Each eco friendly cloth and mop is designated for specific zones such as kitchens, washrooms and office spaces, helping to stop the spread of bacteria and maintain the highest hygiene standards in your workplace.

Blue cloths are used for desks, reception areas, and general workspaces, including items like gym equipment and touchpoints, ensuring these high-traffic areas stay clean and hygienic.

Green cloths are used for all kitchen and food preparation areas, including staff rooms and chef stations, ensuring these spaces remain clean, safe, and free from cross contamination.

Pink cloths are used for toilets, washrooms and shower areas, helping to maintain the highest hygiene standards and prevent the spread of germs in these sensitive spaces.

Our Recruitment Standards

At JJJ Commercial Cleaning, we take recruitment seriously. Every member of our team goes through a strict vetting process to make sure they’re the right fit for the job, legally able to work in the UK, and that we’re doing our part to stop modern slavery in the industry.

Before joining us, new employees must provide official documents, which are checked and verified by our management team. These include:

  • Passport

  • ID card or Visa (if applicable)

  • Share Code (for applicants from outside the UK)

  • National Insurance number

  • Proof of address (such as a recent bank statement, council tax bill, or tenancy agreement within the last 3 months)

For staff based near our offices, these checks are completed face-to-face. For those further afield, documents are reviewed directly with the relevant Area or Regional Manager.

  • If you refer us to a new client, you could win a voucher worth up to £500 of your choice, depending on the size of their contract. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow:)

  • When you’re ready to move forward we’ll send you your contract to review and sign. As soon as that’s done we’ll get everything set up and start delivering your cleaning service right away making the process smooth and easy for you from day one.

  • Our pricing depends on a few simple factors like the size of your office, the number of rooms or desks, the type of cleaning you need, and how often you’d like it done—whether that’s daily, weekly, or monthly. We offer both flat-rate and hourly options to fit what works best for you.

  • We supply all the cleaning products, and they’re eco friendly and safe for your workspace, employees, and the environment. You don’t need to worry about anything since we bring everything needed to keep your space clean and green.

  • For one off cleans, we ask for one months written notice if you wish to cancel. If you are on a 12 month contract, you will need to pay out the remainder of the agreement regardless of cancellation, But we’re sure this won’t happen.

  • We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays so we never disrupt your day. Plus we provide deep cleans like full disinfection, carpet and upholstery care and high level dusting perfect for after renovations or seasonal refreshes.

  • Absolutely. All our cleaners are carefully vetted, background checked and professionally trained. We know trust matters, especially in workspaces, so we only send reliable staff who meet our high standards.

  • Our standard service covers desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, bins and high touch surfaces. We also offer pressure washing, window cleaning, carpet care and can handle extra requests like post event or emergency cleans. Everything can be tailored to fit your needs and schedule.
