Juan Tenorio
Co-founder and CEO
After the passing of his father, Juan stepped up to carry forward the family vision and co-founded the business that has since grown into one of London’s trusted names in commercial cleaning.
Juan is also the founder of Fuel Up Energy Ltd, a UK-based protein and fitness brand, reflecting his passion for health, training, and performance.
When he’s not running businesses or training, he’s listening to music and suffering the highs and lows of being a loyal Chelsea fan (which he insists builds character).
Kelly McCoy
Operations Manager & HR Lead
Kelly brings a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail to the day-to-day operations, ensuring our teams deliver consistently high standards across every site.
Her natural problem solving skills and people first approach keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her passion for art, wildlife, and travelling shapes her creative outlook and fuels the curiosity she brings to both her work and her team.
Head of Marketing & Recruitment
Jose Gabriel
As Head of Marketing, Jose drives the growth of the business by leading all things sales and marketing. His focus is on making sure the business not only grows, but grows in the right direction.
Outside of work, Gabriel is passionate about training, spirituality, and finding joy in the little things.
Whether he’s learning, lifting, or laughing, he brings the same energy and positivity that fuels the company’s growth.
Our Recruitment Standards
At JJJ Commercial Cleaning, we take recruitment seriously. Every member of our team goes through a strict vetting process to make sure they’re the right fit for the job, legally able to work in the UK, and that we’re doing our part to stop modern slavery in the industry.
Before joining us, new employees must provide official documents, which are checked and verified by our management team. These include:
Passport
ID card or Visa (if applicable)
Share Code (for applicants from outside the UK)
National Insurance number
Proof of address (such as a recent bank statement, council tax bill, or tenancy agreement within the last 3 months)
For staff based near our offices, these checks are completed face-to-face. For those further afield, documents are reviewed directly with the relevant Area or Regional Manager.
