How Does Onboarding Work?

When you’re ready to move forward we’ll send you your contract to review and sign. As soon as that’s done we’ll get everything set up and start delivering your cleaning service right away making the process smooth and easy for you from day one.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing depends on a few simple factors like the size of your office, the number of rooms or desks, the type of cleaning you need, and how often you’d like it done, whether that’s daily, weekly, or monthly. We offer both flat-rate and hourly options to fit what works best for you.

Do You Supply all your equipment?

We supply all the cleaning products, and they’re eco-friendly and safe for your workspace, employees, and the environment. You don’t need to worry about anything since we bring everything needed to keep your space clean and green.

Whats the cancellation policy / rescheduling?

For one-off cleans, we ask for one month's written notice if you wish to cancel. If you are on a 12-month contract, you will need to pay out the remainder of the agreement regardless of cancellation, but we’re sure this won’t happen.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend cleaning?

We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays so we never disrupt your day. Plus we provide deep cleans like full disinfection, carpet and upholstery care and high-level dusting perfect for after renovations or seasonal refreshes.

Can I trust the cleaners operating in our workspace?

Absolutely. All our cleaners are carefully vetted, background checked and professionally trained. We know trust matters, especially in workspaces, so we only send reliable staff who meet our high standards.

What services are included in your cleaning package?

Our standard service covers desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, bins and high touch surfaces. We also offer pressure washing, window cleaning, carpet care and can handle extra requests like post event or emergency cleans. Everything can be tailored to fit your needs and schedule.

Juan is also the founder of Fuel Up Energy Ltd, a UK-based protein and fitness brand, reflecting his passion for health, training, and performance.
